Holding Space

Next Event: Thursday 26th March 2026

Holding Space is a free, supportive space for therapists and professionals who work with and support children.

Working with children and young people requires presence, care, compassion, and emotional attunement, yet opportunities to pause and tend to ourselves are often limited.

Holding Space offers a confidential and intentional environment where therapists and professionals can momentarily step away from the pressures of practice and enter a shared space of reflection, restoration, and connection.

These sessions are offered to you, acknowledging and honouring the care, commitment, and emotional holding you bring to your work.

Holding Space offers time to slow down, breathe and reconnect to yourself:

  • A nurturing moment for self-care
  • Time for creative reflection
  • An opportunity to connect, share, and be in conversation with colleagues in a warm and welcoming environment

Holding Space is not a replacement for clinical supervision. It is a facilitated, reflective space designed to support professional wellbeing through presence, creativity, and connection.
