I've learnt so much on this course and I'm sure it will help a lot in my work with Adopted children and their families.
An absolute must for any therapist who would like to work with children and young people who have experienced adoption. This training has highlighted the nuanced approach that is needed when working with this client group. I have found it fascinating, emotional and thought provoking and I feel privileged to be able to work with this group of children and young people. I can now do this with greater depth of understanding and empathy.
A fantastic training. Insightful, well- structured and extremely applicable to clinical practice. It provided me with much deeper understanding of adoption dynamics as well as practical strategies that I can use right away when working with adopted children and their family. I strongly recommend it to therapists and professionals working in a therapeutic settings.
